Schoonmaakbedrijf richt zich op Het Nieuwe Werken

Schoonmaakbedrijf CSU gaat zich in samenwerking met facilitair bureau General Support richten op Het Nieuwe Werken. Daarbij is het de bedoeling dat het bedrijf het daadwerkelijke gebruik van werkplekken in kaart zal brengen. Dat hebben beide bedrijven onlangs bekendgemaakt.

Opdrachtgevers krijgen zo een duidelijk beeld over het gebruik van werkplekken en welke flexibel inzetbaar zijn. CSU wil daarmee de schoonmaakkwaliteit verhogen en organisaties helpen bij de stap naar Het Nieuwe Werken, waarbij organisaties flexibeler omgaan met arbeidstijd en werkomgeving.

De inventarisatie beschrijft waar de uitgangspunten in het schoonmaakbestek afwijken van de praktijksituaties vanwege belemmeringen als losse bekabeling en lastig te bereiken of schoon te maken plekken als bureaus, kasten of vensterbanken.

Bezettingsgraden
In de verbeteradviezen worden ook de bezettingsgraden van werkplekken meegenomen. Dat sluit aan bij de invoering van nieuwe werkplekconcepten en Het Nieuwe Werken. Die is van invloed op het schoonmaakonderhoud van werkplekken.

Werknemers hebben immers geen vaste werkplek en zijn niet dagelijks op kantoor aanwezig. CSU en General Support willen de gevolgen daarvan verduidelijken door het maken van de analyses en passen zo nodig de schoonmaak aan.

Serviceniveau
Het Nieuwe Werken leidt tot flexibeler en intensiever gebruik van werkplekken met een andere beleving door de gebruiker. Dat vraagt volgens de bedrijven om een hoger serviceniveau en goede afstemming met eindgebruikers door schoonmaak, zowel gedurende de dag als op andere werktijden.
