Nationaal Onderzoek HNW: helft management is overtuigd

Zonder medewerking van het management kan van een alomvattende aanpak van Het Nieuwe Werken  geen sprake zijn. Daar is nog een slag te maken.
Uit het Nationaal Onderzoek Over Het Nieuwe  Werken van  Kluwer blijkt dat de helft van de geënquêteerden zegt:  ‘mijn manager is overtuigd van HNW.’  De andere helft dus niet. En dat was bij de enquête in 2009 ook al het geval. 

De beschikbaarheid van nieuwe techniek stimuleert de verdere uitbreiding van Het Nieuwe Werken. Zo wordt er bijvoorbeeld meer op afstand vergaderd met behulp van conference calls en videoconferencing.

Ingeburgerd

Uit de eerder gepubliceerde resultaten blijkt dat Het Nieuwe Werken steeds meer ingeburgerd raakt. Vorig jaar was de helft van de ondervraagden nog niet op de hoogte van dit begrip. In 2010 is de bekendheid met dit fenomeen gestegen tot ruim tachtig procent.
