Telewerkprijzen naar Heemstede en Deelstoel

Gemeente Heemstede en Deelstoel zijn in de prijzen gevallen tijdens het Jaarcongres van TelewerkForum. Daar werden onder andere de TelewerkJaarprijs en de TelewerkAspectprijs uitgereikt.

De TelewerkJaarprijs ging naar de gemeente Heemstede. Deze gemeente is volgens de jury een voorbeeld van een organisatie die zorgvuldig en integraal Het Nieuwe Werken bij de gemeentelijke overheid heeft ingevoerd.

Tijdens de invoering van Het Nieuwe Werken zocht de gemeente actief de samenwerking op met alle betrokkenen. Daarnaast heeft de gemeente zich ontpopt als een 'warm pleitbezorger' van Het Nieuwe Werken.

Deelstoel krijgt TelewerkAspectPrijs
De TelewerkAspectPrijs is bestemd voor initiatieven die een waardevolle bijdrage leveren aan de invoering van Het Nieuwe Werken. Het initiatief Deelstoel kreeg deze prijs vanwege het innoverende karakter.

Deelstoel is ontstaan vanuit de gedachte dat inefficiënt gebruik van overheidsgebouwen moet worden voorkomen. Dat gebeurt door andere ambtenaren gebruik te laten maken van de beschikbare capaciteit. Met als gevolg onder meer kennisdeling en een efficiëntere samenwerking tussen overheidsorganisaties.
